SNA Software and forProject Technology Announce Strategic Partnership
Dallas and Orlando – forProject Technology, Inc. and SNA Software LLC are pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic partnership, combining forProject’s best-in-class earned value management (EVMS) software with SNA Software’s comprehensive Integrated Project, Program, and Portfolio (IPPM) and COTS data transformation (ETL) applications.
The EVMS forProject application integrates with the popular scheduling tools Microsoft Project, Project Server and Project Online and Oracle Primavera P6, as well as with financial management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, and others. Its unique approach provides seamless integration of cost and schedule eliminating errors and labor associated with reconciliation by legacy systems. EVMS forProject supports budgeting, forecasting, earned value performance measurement, actual cost tracking and change management disciplines. It provides built-in reporting and charting including the government reports and exports such as IPMR, IPMDAR and DOE PARS CPP export.
SNA’s IPPM applications provide COTS ETL to the project management discipline. Combined with the powerful open-systems application configuration Proteus BI platform, over 70 individual Proteus Envision COTS application workspaces, and risk analysis by RiskyProject, the solution digitizes the entire project management lifecycle across all PM domains, delivered through a single trusted source of truth.
EVMS forProject and SNA Proteus Envision deliver seamless integration between the EVM system and IPPM analysis, control, and reporting. The combination of the two technologies extends the art of the possible, by delivering a comprehensive IPPM solution that is modern, scalable, and delivers best in class and best practice.
Glenn Gallop, President of forProject, had this to say about the new relationship between the companies: “forProject is pleased to be working with SNA to provide a more complete solution for our customers. The analysis capabilities of SNA Proteus Envision will extend the best-in-class EVMS features in EVMS forProject.”
“SNA is excited about this partnering relationship,” said Nick Pisano, CEO of SNA. “Glenn Gallop’s deep knowledge in program management and earned value is reflected in the quality and capabilities of his forProject software solutions. Both SNA and forProject have positioned themselves to leverage the latest technologies in digital transformation. We both have the market portfolio to show the practical advantages of their use. Our applications deliver value to the market through direct cost savings, greater efficiency, and essential vetted information delivered to stakeholders more rapidly and at the level of detail of most value to decision-making. These attributes will be multiplied to the benefit of our mutual customers.”
