Collects and tracks user requests for enhancements and bug fixe
Key Operational Functions:
- Allows user to enter in requests and collects who made the request, when, for what application workspace, criticality and the description of the request including if it’s an enhancement request or bug fix
- Tracks metrics on open requests, closed requests, time to close request and other metrics to manage the burndown list and open items
