A specialized purpose-built Dashboard Application that allows the comparison of two periods of time-phased EV data for a contract to compare detailed changes over time. Assists in the idenfication of discordant WBS abandonment or changes that create erroneous or inconsistent cost performance progress calculation and reporting, and assists in tracking retroactive changes to ensure consistency in time-phased planning and execution over the life of the project
Key Operational Functions:
- Selection of any two time-phased period data (Format 7 or IPMDAR CPD) within the same project for comparison.
- Comparison of time-phasing changes for WBS elements or control accounts, such as changes to duration of the element, work/cost spread across the element, changes to At Complete values, and scope changes. Will also identify changes to the WBS structure.
- Compare changes across time-phased Histogram to show changes by baseline, identifies retroactive changes to the baseline, trends of changes over time for EACs/ETCs, as well as BCWS.
- Provides Dashboard that provides analysis at each level for individual elements.
