A workspace designed to create and customize design reviews, track deliverables against entrance and success criteria, and track RFAs/RFIs that arise from the reviews
Key Operational Functions:
- Listing of appropriate design reviews for the selected project with cross-referencing to entrance and success criteria.
- Design Review Wizard to create the design review with selection options for company/organization to review and additional selections for relevant criteria.
- Listing of contractors undergoing reviews or having completed reviews with design review type and the date of the review.
- Selection from the listing links to juxtaposed listings of entrance and success criteria, as well as associated DRD/DiD/CDRL deliverables to meet the entrance criteria.
- Success criteria listing includes applicability, tailoring (if applicable), whether the criterion has been satisfied, conditional format (red, green, yellow and transitional), approver name, and user option for recording notes.
- Work area for entrance assessment that provides listing of criterion, artifacts, review item, and recording of the actual assessment for each of these items.
- Work area for Request for Action (RFA)/ Request for Information (RFI) items that list the appropriate RFA/RFI number, related subsystem, category, sponsor, sponsor e-mail info, sponsor phone contact, organizational assignee, impacted success criteria, due date, submitted date, closed date, requested action, justification, and response. Linked to notes from the originator of the RFA/RFI.
- Tab for link to final plan for performing the review and the final report once the review is conducted.
