Verifies data that is loaded in the database via Grid views and other visualizations to allow for validation and review

- Listing by contract of all imports of data by contract ID, period end, and format
- Shows record counts of data in each upload compared to previous loads for QA
- Shows by color code and check whether cost, schedule, or time-phased data has been successfully loaded
- Allows for pivoting of data for additional validation
- Dashboards for comparison of IPMR Format data records loaded in each periods
