A specialized purpose-built workspace that highlights the changes in the schedule from one period to another period including date, duration, logic, code and criticality changes. Particularly useful in tracking undocumented or ad hoc changes that will create erroneous IMS submissions for activity and work accomplishment. Also useful in identifying and reconciling retroactive changes
Key Operational Functions:
- Selection of any two schedule periods within the same project for comparison.
- Metrics illustrate what attributes or elements have changed between the schedules.
- Measures and visualization of Task Count comparison, Count of Activities on Critical Path comparison, Changes in Summary/Milestone Tasks, Changes in Constraints, Changes in Baseline and Actual Dates, Changes in Total and Baseline Duration, Changes in Logic Links (Predecessors and Successors), and Changes in Codes (WBS, etc.).
- Task-by-task analysis flag changes for predecessors and successors, baseline start, finish, and duration, actual starts and finishes, changes in percent complete.
- Illustrates/lists details of changes.
- Alerts allow for quick navigation to elements that were changed.
