Key Operational Functions:
- Builds time-phased schedule to the IBR date, and incorporates from template settings check-list items, dates, team members, and other relevant data.
- Schedule categories and items are given status in terms of percent complete against target start and finish dates, and hours needed to fulfill each check-list item.
- Adjustments to dates are documented.
- Comment section is incorporated for narrative input by responsible team member regarding each check-list item.
- Histogram illustrates time-phased demand by role in accordance with the constructed schedule.
- Checklist selection of IBR questions that will and will not apply.
- Tracks deliveries of required artifacts. Grid illustrates requested, received, and reviewed status. Each artifact ID is related to relevant team member notes, document link to the artifact or submission, and any additional artifact notes.
- Provides question log that illustrates IBR questions, response, and status.
