Key Operational Functions:
- Visualizations using cards of the goals, objectives, and driving requirements of the projects. Description of the elements are in each card. Conditional formatting (color coding by red, yellow, green) by subjective PM assessment of the items.
- Visualization of Systems Requirements Documents (SRDs) showing title and status by conditional formatting (color coding).
- SRD Management Evaluation visualization by each evaluator in the PMO team. Three general categories are evaluated: Performance, Programmatic, and Safety (or any others determined by management as appropriate). Performance is broken into Operations, System Requirements, and Technical Requirements (KPPS/TPMs). Programmatic assessments are broken into subcategories of Cost, Schedule, and Uncertainty. Safety assessments are broken into subcategories of Human Safety Hazard Severity and Loss of Asset Hazard Severity. Management of evaluators and role assignment is included. History of the evaluations by evaluator are registered and can be visualized and reviewed. Inputs and creation of evaluations are integrated into the solution. The PM can add an evaluation date to notify evaluators to perform their evaluations.
