- Detailed analysis of management EACs, baseline changes, UB changes, MR changes, critical path, schedule margin, SRA, staffing changes, rates, schedule health and any supplemental information as appropriate.
- Detailed visualization of identified cost and schedule drivers (that flagged thresholds) with narrative sections for root cause, impact, and mitigation plan. Includes last period narratives, and set of performance data in charts and graphs for assistance in performing analysis.
- Outputs narratives in various file formats (PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, Word, RTF, Image, etc.)
